Refund and Return Policy

14-Day Return Window We have a strict 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Strict Eligibility for Returns Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our Herbal Combs, we can only accept returns for items that are:

• Unopened and unused with the original security seal intact.

• In the same condition that you received it, with all original TCM gift packaging and tags.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process & Costs To start a return, contact us at hxlaowang004@outlook.com. If accepted, we will provide the return address. Please Note: Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
